I've had the pleasure of working closely with Akash on a project in Bengaluru focused on changing systems (you can check it out here: https://www.climate-kic.org/circular-economy-innovation-clusters/), where he facilitated a workshop (and the process leading up to it).
I've seen firsthand how he's really good at creating spaces where people can connect and work together to make big changes. Akash doesn't just facilitate meetings—he makes sure everyone's ideas are heard, and he encourages everyone to get involved. Working with him has taught me how crucial it is to set up spaces where people can let go of their fixed ideas and come together to understand the complex issues we're facing.

I have worked closely with Akash for more than 2 years now. Akash is a process oriented, thorough, and empathetic professional. He has over the course of the last couple of years led some exciting projects and restructuring efforts such as formulating the indigenous credits system at The Enterprise India Fellowship, setting up 'The StorySells Week' , setting up 'The Terminal' and much more! In each of these projects, Akash has led a young team to set up the systems and has also closely mentored the students who had these events as a part of their curriculum at The Enterprise India Fellowship. Akash has nurtured and brought so many of his existing connections from India and abroad to add tremendous value to the EIF.
